Financial Help to Mr. Snehit Kumbhare for IIT Admission
Snehit Ashok Kumbhare is from financially weak family background but at the same time Shenit is very studious & has been doing remarkably very good at his studies. He lives in Bajaj nagar area in Nagpur with his 5 family members in a rented house. Snehit’s father Mr. Ashok Kumbhareis an auto rickshaw driver & Mother is housewife.
Regardless of weak financial status Snehit is very focused on his studies. He scored 90.15% in 10th (SSC exam) & 90.16% in 12th (HSSC exam). Snehit’s dream was to become engineer from Indian Institute of Technology (IITs , most renowned technical institution in India). Against all odds Snehit studied every day 10-12 hours a day for preparation of IIT entrance exam known IIT JEE. Snehit did not have any money to pay for the tuition of IIT entrance examinations.
Snehit Kumbhare approached BAIAE member Sachin Khobragadewho is running the IIT entrance coaching classes named Career Campusin Nagpur. Snehit informed Sachin Khobragade about his difficulties and strong desire to become engineer from IIT. Sachin Khobragade provided him the guidance & books for the IIT entrance exam.
Snehit ranked 490th position in All Indian Ranking in SC category,Which confirmed that Snehit will get admission to IIT. Snehit was allotted Civil Engineering in IIT Kanpur. But next problem was the admission fee for the IIT.
Sachin Khobragade informed BAIAE (As it was previously known as AIM Japan) about the Snehit Kumbhare & His financial need for the IIT admission. BAIAE in next monthly meeting discussed this matter & decided unanimously to extend financial help. BAIAE members decided to donate money voluntarily other than usual monthly contribution.BAIAE raised the amount of JPY60, 000 (Which is equivalent to INR 30,000/-) by member’s individual contribution.
Snehit is now studying at IIT Kanpur. BAIAE willing to support his studies & help him overcome any financial difficulties during the completion of his engineering graduation.
